Why Savannah West

Room for whatever you drive

Everything here is brand new. The concrete hasn't had time to crack and the power still runs clean. Sites run from compact up to 119 feet, every one of them level and every one of them full hookup. Teardrop, camper van, fifth-wheel or forty feet of motorhome, you'll fit and you'll be set up in minutes.

119 ft

Our longest pad. Nothing on the road is too big for it.

10 ft

Of wide, level concrete under every setup.

50 amp

Metered 30/50 power, water and sewer at every site.

Full-hookup sites on concrete pads

Water, sewer and metered 30/50-amp power, right where you park. Here's what that means for your setup.

Measured plan of the park showing angled pull-through and back-in pads along the loop road 68 FT 96 FT 119 FT

Surveyed, poured, and true to the foot.

  • Concrete, not gravel

Pads run 68 to 119 feet and every one of them is ten feet wide, with extra concrete poured on the longest sites.

  • Hookups where you park

Power, water and sewer sit right at your pad. No moving the rig to dump, and no line on checkout morning.

  • 50, 30 and 110 amp

Every pedestal carries all three, individually metered, so you pay for the power you actually use.

  • Pull-through or back-in

Half the park pulls through, so you're not reversing under torchlight after a long drive. If you'd rather tuck away somewhere quieter, take a back-in.

  • Level and accessible

Every site is level and the whole park is ADA compliant.

FAQ

Questions guests ask before booking

Anything we’ve missed, give the office a call.

Will my rig actually fit?

Are all the sites really full hookup?

What power do the pedestals carry?

Every pedestal has 50 amp, 30 amp and 110 volt connections, individually metered, with water and sewer alongside.

Do you have pull-through sites?

Half the park. Even site numbers pull through, odd numbers back in.

Is there internet?

Yes. High-speed fibre runs throughout the park.

What does a monthly stay cost?

Monthly stays start at $999 plus electric. Power is individually metered, so you pay for what you actually use rather than a flat seasonal guess. Call the office for a quote on your dates.

What do nightly stays cost?

Nightly rates are live in the booking engine and you see the exact price before paying anything.

I am working at the Metaplant. Can I stay long term?

Yes. We take monthly bookings from individual contractors as well as employers reserving a block of pads, and power is metered so you only pay for what you use. Call the office for a rate.

When do you open?

We open on 1 December 2026, and we stay open year round after that. Bookings are being taken now.

Is there a pool?

The pool and cabanas are due to open in January 2027. Everything else on the amenity list is ready for opening day.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, and there is a fenced dog park on site. Give the office a call for the full pet policy.

Is the park accessible?

ADA compliant throughout, from the pads to the facilities.
